VJG187J
Our AEC Swift /Marshal saloon is now back on the road following an engine rebuild from Carl and Barrie. She has now passed her MOT and following a few teething problems is now ready to roll. 187 has been off the road a good few years following the engine seizing and failing. We look forward to seeing her out and about over the coming year.
AFN780B
Following on from the appeal for a fuel tank for 780B, we have had a new one made following failure of the old one last month. This cost over £300 but will be worth it to get her back on the road again. You can look forward to seeing her out and about this coming season. The work was carried out by regulars Barrie and Tony at Sandwich Depot. Barrie commented that the underside of 780B is looking a bit rough and is bit by bit being cleaned, scraped and painted.
If you would like to make a donation to help keep 780B going or to contribute towards the cost of the fuel tank, contact us via the website.
